Specific Skills Set for Operations Manager

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant / Cafe Manager, Kitchen / F&B Manager, Hospitality Manager, Area Manager or similar role
  • Extensive customer service experience as a manager
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Familiarity with restaurant management softwares
  • Familiarity with Restaurant / Kitchen / F&B Policy Making
  • Food Safety
  • Financial management trainings and certifications are an advantage
  • BS degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus

As a Cafe Operations Manager, you will assume the crucial role of overseeing the overall operations of the coffeeshop’s branches. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring the operational and financial success of the branches by guiding your team to provide guests with top-notch service, exceptional food, and beverages. You will be responsible for directing your team of Managers and supervisors to achieve both collective and individual objectives. Your proficiency in summarizing, gathering, and scrutinizing trends and data will be pivotal in producing routine performance reports.
