To help us serve you better and ensure a smooth dining experience for everyone, here are our reservation guidelines.
How do I confirm my reservation?
All reservations must be confirmed via SMS or Messenger reply.
Your booking is secured once we receive your confirmation message.
Your contact details are used only for reservation coordination.
How long is the grace period?
We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you’re running late, just let us know. After 30 minutes without notice, we may release the table to accommodate waiting guests.
When is a down payment required?
Down payment and advance order are required for:
- 4 pax and above
- Or when food is requested to be prepared before arrival
Your down payment secures your reservation and will be deducted from your final bill. Food preparation begins once the deposit is confirmed.
What happens if I cancel?
We understand that plans can change. Kindly inform us at least 4 hours before your reservation time. Down payments may be:
- Transferred once within 7 days, OR
- Converted to store credit (valid for 30 days)
If food has already been prepared based on confirmed advance orders, preparation costs may apply.
No-shows without notice may result in deposit forfeiture.
Can I adjust my headcount?
Can I request a specific table?
You may absolutely request one, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. However, table assignments remain subject to availability.
What happens during peak days or holidays?
Do you accept walk-ins?
Can I bring outside food or cake?
Can policies change?
